Where We Deliver

• Coverage: We currently deliver to addresses within Nigeria
• Delivery Time: Typically 7-14 days from when your order is confirmed and paid for, as a general guide. Since deliveries are coordinated directly by our team rather than a live courier network, we'll confirm the specific delivery window for your order
• Cost: Delivery is currently free on all orders. If this changes, any delivery fee will always be shown before you check out

Installment Orders

If you're paying for your order in installments, it's prepared for delivery once your installment plan is fully paid off. If you'd like your order sooner, you're welcome to complete your remaining installments ahead of schedule from the app.

Order Confirmation & Processing

1. Order Placed: Your order is created with a "Pending" status
2. Payment Verification: Once your payment is verified, your order moves to "Paid" (installment orders move to "Paid" once fully paid off)
3. Assigned for Delivery: Our team assigns your order to a delivery agent and updates it to "Shipped"
4. Delivered: Once the delivery agent hands over your order, it's marked "Delivered"

Tracking Your Order

• You can follow your order's status (Pending, Paid, Shipped, Delivered) at any time from your order details in the app
• We'll send you an email and in-app notification whenever your order's status changes
• Once your order is assigned to a delivery agent, our team can share the agent's contact details with you on request

What to Expect on Delivery Day

• Your order is delivered to the address you provided at checkout
• Our delivery agent may contact you ahead of arrival to coordinate handover
• Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the order
• Check your order against what you paid for before the delivery agent leaves

Delivery Address

We currently deliver to addresses within Nigeria. Please make sure the address you provide at checkout is accurate and reachable, as this is where your order will be delivered.

Order Not Received or Delayed

• Contact us with your order number if your delivery is taking longer than the window we confirmed with you
• Our team will check the status with the delivery agent and get back to you

Damaged or Wrong Item

• Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue as soon as possible
• We'll review your order and work out the right resolution with you, which may include a replacement or a refund to your wallet
